Ferroptosis is a particular type of regulated cell death driven by the accumulation of lipid hydroperoxides. Non-coding RNAs (ncRNAs), including microRNAs (miRNAs), long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs), and circular RNAs (circRNAs), have been verified to participate in the regulation of ferroptosis. ncFO is the first platform to collect experimentally verified ferroptosis-associated ncRNAs and predict candidate ncRNA–ferroptosis associations. Users can obtain experimentally verified ncRNA–ferroptosis associations, including ncRNA name, disease, species, tissue, target, regulation, publication time, and PMID. In addition, we predicted ferroptosis-associated ncRNAs by integrating knowledge of ncRNA–gene regulation and co-expression with ferroptosis genes. Collectively, ncFO offers a user-friendly web server to search and predict ferroptosis-associated ncRNAs, which might facilitate research on ferroptosis and discover potential targets for cancer treatment.
