1. Predicted by regulation of ncRNA and ferroptosis genes

This function allows users to obtain the predicted ferroptosis-associated miRNAs and lncRNAs through verified ncRNA-gene regulation. Users can search for miRNAs/lncRNAs that regulate ferroptosis genes and miRNA precursors regulated by transcription factors (ferroptosis genes).

2. Predicted by co-expression of ncRNA and ferroptosis genes

This function allows users to obtain the miRNAs/lncRNAs that are co-expressed with ferroptosis genes in a specific cancer type. Users should choose miRNAs or lncRNAs to calculate the correlation coefficient. For lncRNAs, the default correlation coefficient values should be greater than +0.3 or less than −0.3, and P values should be less than 0.05. For miRNAs, only the negatively correlated miRNAs were retained. The default correlation coefficient values should be less than −0.3, and P values should be less than 0.05.
